How does the free symptom checker work?

Pick a symptom category, answer a few quick questions, and get evidence-based OTC recommendations in under 2 minutes. No account or payment required.

What does a pharmacist consultation include?

A licensed PharmD reviews your question and responds with a personalized, evidence-cited written answer. One free follow-up is included for 7 days. Choose Routine (24 hr), Priority (4 hr), or Stat (30 min).

How much does a consultation cost?

OTC consultations: Routine $29, Priority $59, Stat $99. Prescription consultations: Routine $99, Priority $149, Stat $299. The free symptom checker is always free.

Is my information private?

Yes. Pharmacy360 is HIPAA-compliant. Your data is encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS). We never sell your data or share it with advertisers.

Can I get a prescription?

No. Pharmacy360 pharmacists provide medication information, OTC recommendations, and clinical guidance. For prescriptions, you need a prescriber (doctor, NP, PA).

How do I follow up on my consultation?

Each consultation includes one free follow-up question within 7 days. You can access it from the link in your email confirmation.

How do I refer a patient?

Share a link to pharmacy360services.com/symptoms for free OTC guidance, or pharmacy360services.com/consult/new for a paid pharmacist consultation.

Is there an API for integration?

Who are the pharmacists?

All Pharmacy360 pharmacists hold a Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree and are licensed in their practicing jurisdictions. Every response is signed with the pharmacist's credentials.

How does AI factor in?

AI assists pharmacists by drafting responses, checking interactions, and pulling evidence. A licensed pharmacist always reviews and signs off before any response reaches you.

What evidence sources do you use?

FDA drug labels, peer-reviewed clinical guidelines (ACOG, AHA), pharmacology references, and drug interaction databases. Sources are cited in every recommendation.

How does Pharmacy360 make money?
