1. Consultation fees
Patients pay directly for pharmacist consultations at published rates ($29 / $59 / $99 depending on priority). The OTC Consult — a licensed pharmacist reviewing your personalized over-the-counter recommendation — is pay what you can: $0, $5, $10 or $20 ($5 suggested), with an optional $5 add-on that covers the review for someone who chose $0. There are no hidden fees, and our free symptom checker is always free.
2. Affiliate commissions (future)
When we recommend an OTC medication and link to a partner retailer, we may earn a small commission if you purchase through that link. These links are clearly marked, and there is never a price markup to you.
What we never do
