What you're buying
A one-time $2.99 charge unlocks the personalized, ranked over-the-counter recommendation for a single symptom-checker result — the list of options tailored to the symptoms, medicines, pregnancy status, and age you entered. It is a one-time purchase, not a subscription, and there is nothing to cancel or renew.
Refunds
Not satisfied? Contact us within 7 days of your purchase and we'll refund your $2.99 — no questions asked. Reach us through our contact form and include the date of purchase.

The unlock is tied to your individual result link, not to an account. Anyone with that link can view the unlocked recommendation, so treat it as you would any private health information.
