What you're buying

A one-time $5 charge covers a licensed pharmacist's review of the personalized, ranked over-the-counter recommendation for a single symptom-checker result — the list of options tailored to the symptoms, medicines, pregnancy status, and age you entered. It is a one-time purchase, not a subscription, and there is nothing to cancel or renew.

A pharmacist reviews your intake alongside the draft recommendation and may edit it, or decline to release it, before it reaches you. You see the recommendation only after a pharmacist has signed off.

Refunds

Not satisfied? Contact us within 7 days of your purchase and we'll refund your $5 — no questions asked. Reach us through our contact form and include the date of purchase.

If the reviewing pharmacist decides not to release a recommendation for you, your $5 is refunded automatically — you don't need to ask.

Informational only — not medical advice

Pharmacy360's recommendations are informational decision-support, including guidance a caregiver can request on a child's behalf. They are not a diagnosis, a prescription, or a substitute for advice from a licensed pharmacist or physician who can examine you.

Your recommendation is drafted from pharmacist-approved clinical content and the information you provide, then reviewed and approved by a licensed pharmacist before it is shown to you. That review is based only on what you entered — it is not a physical examination. If your symptoms are severe, worsening, or you're unsure, talk to a pharmacist or seek care. For a live conversation, you can get a pharmacist's consultation instead.

Access

The unlock is tied to your individual result link, not to an account. Anyone with that link can view the unlocked recommendation, so treat it as you would any private health information.
