Dose

25-50mg by mouth every 4-6 hours as needed for itch. Max 300mg/day. Causes drowsiness — avoid driving.

What to watch for

  • Narrow angle glaucoma
  • Severe bph
  • Maoi use within 14 days

Not for children under 6.
